Where will the shows be?The Best of Blues and Rock concerts will take place in São Paulo, in the external auditorium of the Ibirapuera Auditorium, which is located in Ibirapuera Park: Av. Pedro Álvares Cabral, s/n - Ibirapuera, São Paulo - SP, 04094-000 (access through Gates 2 and 10)

When will the shows take place?The shows will take place on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of June in the external audience of the Ibirapuera Auditorium, in São Paulo.

What time do the gates open?Gates open at 3 pm on June 2 (Friday) and at 1pm on June 3 and 4, 2023 (Saturday and Sunday).

Can I arrive earlier?Yes, Ibirapuera Park is a public space, but access to the external audience area of the Ibirapuera Auditorium will only be available after the gates open.

I'm 16 years old (or older), can I go to the shows?Yes. The indicative classification of the event is over 16 years old. Children under 16 can attend provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. You may be asked to present a document with a photo to prove your age.

What is the official ticket sales channel?Tickets are sold at www.eventim.com.br/campaign/bestofbluesandrock *Important: Dançar Marketing and Eventim are not responsible for tickets purchased on unofficial sales platforms (eg ViaGogo, StubHub , TicketSwab among others).

What will be the safety protocols for COVID-19?Dançar Marketing is monitoring all security protocols against Covid-19 defined by the government to adopt the measures during the festival period.

Do you have any excursions and travel packages to get to the Best of Blues and Rock?There are no official tours for the shows. Excursions are organized by the public. We are not responsible for any of the excursions or travel packages.

Will there be an area designated for people with special needs?Yes, there will be a space for people with special needs at the concert venue.

What can I take?Purchased ticket (single and exclusive festival ticket), personal documents, glasses, cereal bar, raincoat, sunscreen, lip balm, cut fruit, sealed processed foods, hat or cap, sarong, backpack or small bag.

What can't I take?Bottles, cans, beverages, storage utensils, rigid packaging with lids, helmets, chairs or benches, firearms and bladed weapons, sharp, cutting and/or perforating objects, chains and belts, fireworks, glassware, cameras professional photographic or video cameras or with detachable lens, posters made with thick cardboard and/or attached to wood, rigid straws, animals (except assistance dogs, identified and accompanied by a person with a disability), stick to take a picture, drones or similar, umbrella, flammable, corrosive and/or toxic substances, electronic cigarettes, magazines, newspapers, books and thermal cups or similar. *The ticket holder will be subject to inspections and body searches. Unauthorized objects will be discarded.

Is there somewhere I can store suitcases or backpacks?The organization of the event advises not to take very bulky bags or backpacks to the event, as there will not be a cloakroom area on site. The event is also not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items.
